How do you choose the right recruiting company to represent you in your search when there are so many to choose from?  Some recruiting companies place ads promising high pay, a signing bonus, relocation, etc., but you should know that these details do not change from recruiter to recruiter. The same job offers the same package regardless of who is trying to fill it, and instead of making a decision based on promises about the job, you should be asking yourself what it will be like working with the recruiting company, and what you can expect when working with a recruiter.

You might find that you want to work with us exclusively as this is something that could help you greatly in your search, and help you keep your sanity along the way too. One of the greatest benefits of working with us on an exclusive basis is that we will work with you to identify additional positions based on your preferences, saving you from having to research and apply for additional jobs on your own. We will also be there through every step of the process to offer expert advice and coaching along the way. You do not need to post your resume online or work with multiple recruiters, and in the unlikely event that we cannot identify a position for you; we will let you know so that you can pursue other options or take your search in a different direction.

  • You can speak to our recruiters  as late as Midnight on the East Coast, and as late as 9PM on the West.  No other firm keeps extended hours like we do, and you can be sure that if you work with us, someone will always be available when you are regardless of where you are located.

  • Once you have applied for a job through Relient Health, we will be happy to tell you about the position and answer any questions that you might have before sending your resume to our client contact. We promise to respect your privacy, and you can trust that we will not be passing your resume around to everyone in our contact database just because you have sent it to us.

  • We will not pressure you, and we promise not to waste your time by calling you day and night about positions that are not matched to your preferences. As part of our process we collect information about your job preferences because we want to provide you with efficiency, and because we may have other opportunities that you might be interested in hearing about. After all, your life is not slowing down just because you are looking for a new job, and our recruiters will not be interrupting your day by calling or emailing about jobs that we should know you will not be interested in. Our process is about you, and we want to work your way, because we understand that searching for a new position can be a stressful and sometimes overwhelming process.
